Project description: The Jesenského location is situated in close proximity to the historic city centre. In the past, the land plot was used by the city for operational purposes.

The project is intended exclusively for rental housing under the state-supported rental housing scheme and is not intended for the sale of apartments.

This development is a joint project of the City of Košice, BWSG and Hestia. The City of Košice contributes local knowledge, public interest and suitable municipal land to the project. BWSG, as an experienced Austrian partner, brings know-how in the preparation, construction, leasing and management of rental housing. Hestia’s role is to secure financing, project preparation, documentation for the Agency for State-Supported Rental Housing, communication with authorities and investment management, so that the project can move towards implementation under the state-supported rental housing scheme.

THURZOVA KOŠICE

Project description: The Thurzova location represents an urban brownfield situated within the yard of the Košice Public Transport Company, in an inhabited part of the Old Town, close to the main railway station.

The project is intended exclusively for rental housing under the state-supported rental housing scheme and is not intended for the sale of apartments.

This development is a joint project of Hestia, BWSG and the City of Košice.

CLEMENTISOVA KOŠICE

Project description: The Clementisova location represents a land reserve within the Dargovských hrdinov housing estate designated for residential use, with the potential to complement the existing urban development.

The project is intended exclusively for rental housing under the state-supported rental housing scheme and is not intended for the sale of apartments.

This development is a joint project of Hestia, BWSG and the City of Košice.

ALEJOVÁ KOŠICE

Project description: The Alejová location is a typical brownfield and transformation area within a larger development zone with the potential for more than 2,500 apartments. The location benefits from very good transport connectivity and accessible civic amenities in the surrounding area.

The project is intended exclusively for rental housing under the state-supported rental housing scheme and is not intended for the sale of apartments.

ŽILINA

Project description: The project combines housing, services and public space. It is intended exclusively for rental housing under the state-supported rental housing scheme and is not intended for the sale of apartments. The project should therefore be viewed as a long-term part of the urban environment, rather than a conventional development project based on construction and subsequent apartment sales. Its objective is to create a stable, functional and accessible residential structure with long-term benefits for both the location and the city.

This development is being prepared by Hestia in cooperation with the City of Žilina and the specialist partner BWSG. The City of Žilina contributes its interest in rental apartments for its employees, knowledge of the city’s needs and suitable municipal land designated for rental housing. Hestia, as the investment partner, is responsible for financing, preparation, management and long-term operation of the project under the state-supported rental housing scheme. BWSG contributes experience and know-how from the Austrian model of affordable rental housing.
